-$1225-1245 Rent with an $800 Security Deposit with qualified credit. Utilities included except for electricity.
-All two bedrooms are approximately 1000 square feet, plus a patio.
-7 closets: 3 Full-size sliding door closets, 2 double stack linen closets, 1 walk-in coat closet, 1 patio closet
-Electric stove, compact dishwasher, central heating & air conditioning
 
Additional Building Features: Windmill Creek is a quiet, 3 story, gated complex with a pool & spa, two elevators, central trash chute and a laundry room on all three floors. All parking is assigned and gated. Most of it is located underneath the building.
 
All apartments come with one assigned gated parking space. If a 2nd space is available, it's an additional $35 a month and an increase in the security deposit by $50 for the second remote control. 2nd spaces are only offered if there are two or more adults on the lease.
 
Requirements: no section 8, no smokers and no large dogs. Household income must be at least 3x the rent with no evictions, bankruptcies (less than 5 years old), or significant unpaid collections. At move in, we require first months rent plus the security deposit.
 
 



Submitting an application:  

When turning in an application, you will need to bring two separate money orders:   One money order for the credit check ($30 per adult) and one for the holding deposit ($200).   Please be sure to also bring original versions of:   State ID, Social Security Card, and two months' worth of pay stubs.
 
Note: When approved, the holding deposit is applied towards the security deposit;  if declined, the original holding deposit will be returned immediately.

Directions:   We’re located at 5555 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90805.  Our cross street is Ellis, across the street from a Mobil gas station about a half a mile north of Del Amo.

Additional directions:   We're right on Long Beach Blvd. where it crosses the 710 freeway between the 405 & 91 freeways. (North of the 405, south of the 91).  If you take the 710 freeway and exit Long Beach Blvd, SOUTH, we're the first building on the right, a large 3-story beige building.
